Australian barbershop owner Nasir Sobhani  decided to share his story and struggle with the world in this viral video.  The Melbourne resident let media network PLGRM film him as he discussed everything from his tattoos, to his inner fight with cocaine addiction. Sobhani was spending up to $400 a day on cocaine at school and had to go to rehab. His family suggested he cut hair for a living because it’s what he did as a kid. He now puts his all into his passion and gives back by giving free haircuts to the homeless. His is a story of inspiration. Check it out below:

“What I’m doing on the streets now is my way of giving back. It’s my way of repaying my gratitude for being sober and healthy again,”

“I remember the days I used to hate myself and not even look into the mirror without crying because I would just be so disgusted with who I was. And I find that, like embedded within a lot of my street clients. They feel so ashamed of who they are.”
