Breaching Basking Sharks - World's Weirdest

The basking shark is the second largest living fish, after the whale shark, and one of three plankton-eating sharks besides the whale shark and megamouth shark. This mammoth shark may not be the brightest animal in the water but it has a very interesting way of getting rid of parasites. Nat Geo  filmed these large sea creatures as they breached the water and rolled around in the surf to get rid of skin eating parasites. Check out the footage below:
