Iconic Comedian Richard Pryor’s Former L.A. Home Just Sold For $2.5 Million. Check It out.

Comedy legend Richard Pryor’s onetime home is now owned by “Ballers” writer Rashard Mendenhall. The retired football player purchased the four-bedroom house, north of LA, for $2.5 million. The sprawling compound, located in Sherwood Forest, comes with a pool, a waterslide, a sauna, a dance studio and a tennis court. The site is also where Pryor infamously lit himself on fire with cognac in 1980.
