Austin Assistant Police Chief Pulled Over For Speeding at 92 MPH. No Ticket, Just Laughs It Off.

No one should be above the law.  A Texas assistant police chief received a warning and a chuckle after he was stopped by a fellow officer speeding at 92 mph in a 65-mph-speed zone last month. But a month later the interim chief ordered his subordinate to be issued a ticket. We are certain the release of this video definitely had something to do with that decision.
