These plates of food look too good to eat. Laleh Mohmedi creates amazing works of art out of food. Laleh is known worldwide as a premiere “food artist”. She got her start in a very simple way – trying to make food more appealing for her son. The Australian blogger and food artist turned her family food displays into a burgeoning career. After sharing her edible works of art on social media, Laleh acquired recognition and fans across the world. She now has over 150,000 followers on Instagram and works with some of the world’s biggest brands. Enjoy some of her food art below:

Mohmedi created a company, Jacob’s Food Diaries and has worked with major brands.  She has been commissioned by Disney, Nickelodeon, Kellogg and FC Barcelona on promotional project. Plus Laleh’s work has caught the attention of  numerous media organizations and personalities from Ellen DeGeneres Show to  Martha Stewart. It’s extremely easy to see why…

Even though the world is enjoying her work she still uses her dishes to entice her son.

“Jacob decides who he wants to eat. He has lots of Disney books and picks characters from TV,” she said.

“We bond over making food sculptures. Jacob is getting into it and he makes some crazy characters. It’s a chance to talk about ingredients and healthy eating.”

Pretty awesome stuff.
