Deaf Customer VS Drive Thru Employee. Who Is In The Right?

We got this video link dropped in our inbox and it had this comment attached:

“I went to the Burger King drive-thru in Dublin, Ohio. I am deaf and so I pulled up to the window. Then the manager said he was refusing to serve me and I had to leave without any food.”

But after viewing the video a couple of times, it looks to us as if the deaf driver might be the one making the situation more difficult. Watch it for yourself and then weigh in.
