“My friends and I were celebrating with fireworks at 10 p.m. in my neighborhood in Melbourne Florida and a neighbor came out threatening us, telling us to stop. It ended up being a BB toy but he painted the orange tip to make it look real. I grabbed it and threw it into the canal. He then called the police on himself and they put him in handcuffs but I declined to press charges.”
