FUNNY CHECKOUT COMMERCIAL DIFFERENCE
Visa just dropped a new commercial for their Visa Checkout. The gist behind Visa Checkout is that it has no payment & shipping info to fill out which will save you time. The modus operandi behind the commercial is that a young man walks in on his parents while his father is painting a nude portrait of his mother. The young man definitely want to get that time back. Good commercial and got my attention for 30 seconds. Then I noticed something after I stumbled across another version of the commercial. It appeared to be the same content but the cast was entirely different. The parents were more wrinkly and the young man was noticeably older. I realized that the first commercial was shot for the country that claims Bieber as it’s official mascot, Canada. The second commercial is for that land down under Austrailia. Is Visa throwing a subliminal shot at Austrailia? Is Australia home to the man child and wrinklier parents? You be the judge about what Visa (or their marketing company) is up to:
Exhibit A:
Visa Checkout – Portrait :30 Canada
Exhibit B:
Visa Checkout – Portrait 30 Austraila
