The kid in this video is clearly not in a normal state of mind.  He grabs the hat of a street clown(?), who is probably mentally challenged himself. Then the kid won’t give the hat back which creates a huge saga. At the 11 minute mark the kid finally eats a fist to the face.  Union Square a.k.a what the f*** is taking place here square.
