It’s the weekend which means alot of throwing back alcohol. Your fitness goals may be put on the backburner UNLESS you have a plan. We have a way that you can get hammered and still get a little fitness mixed in. Drunken Yoga is the answer. The downside is that you have to get sh*t faced and slaughter your liver but it will really loosen up your spine. I practice these funny drunken yoga poses every Friday and Saturday night.
