Burning Calories While Attempting Not To Drown Is The Newest Fitness Fad

 

First there was Tae-Bo then we had Prancercise and now we have Underwater Workouts.  The latest fitness fad to sweep the web is working out while holding your breath underwater.  I don’t know which burns more calories,  feeling the fear of drowning or the water adding more resistance. Either way it looks tough but we will wait for the before and after pics to start rolling in.
