Lamborghini Murcielago Publicly Destroyed
This is one heck of a way to make a point. The Taiwanese government destroyed a Lamborghini Murcielago, reportedly because its owner failed to provide the proper registration. Here is the alleged story:
Apparently the owner had the car confiscated by police two years ago for not having a registered license. He was initially issued a fine, but repeatedly appealed the court’s decision, infuriating officials in the process. Having rejected multiple appeals from him, the government simply sent the 632HP supercar to a scrap yard and ordered it to be destroyed.
There had to be a better way to handle this situation. I mean this is just stupid, the car is worth $380K. They could have auctioned it off at least. Watch the destruction below:
