What you are looking at is a one of a kind exotic car built to break speed records. Created by world-famous industrial designer Luigi Colani, the Ferrari Testa D’Oro Colani is a thing of beauty. He wanted to create a vehicle that could top speed records at the Bonneville Salt Flats and he figured there was no better way to achieve that than starting with a Ferrari base. Luigi crafted a custom body shape with glass and a uniquely angled frame. Of course he needed to make sure that there was some serious power under the hood. Enter Lotec, the company who worked directly with Ferrari to create it’s engine. Luigi wanted to make sure this vehicle could reach speeds of up to 218mph and with a 750 horsepower engine plus two turbochargers this isn’t a problem. The custom 1.7 million dollar car is being auctioned off by by exotic-car dealer Maranello Purosangue. If you’re big pimping then head on over but be prepared to dig deep into your wallet for this work of art.
