The Rock Diet Plan Attempted by a Real Person
So you wanna look like Dwayne “The Rock” Johnson huh? Well it takes a ton of hard work and dedication to be able to Smell What The Rock is Cooking. Dwayne starts off first by waking up at 4-5 a.m. to do his morning cardio then proceeds to consume 7 not so average meals through out the day. One reporter at Complex was brave enough to take on this challenge to eat like The Rock for one day. Lets just say we’ll give him an “A” for effort on this challenge.
